This handsome condo is located on Sunset Beach Island. Directly in the middle of Main St and only one block to Sunset Beach's main beach access and Fishing Pier. This one-bedroom condo has a King bed and a pull out couch bed. It's on the second floor and has a great view of the ocean from the front porch with the best rocking chairs ever to relax in with a cold drink. Brand new updates for the "2020" season! Outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand, and all-new luxury vinyl floor throughout the condo! Recently refreshed lighting outside the whole building for parking and safety. Central air conditioning, as well as a full kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and are all included. Cable TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi all come with this impressive condo. There are 2 TV's, one bedroom and one living room. Connecting room available check unit #2 calendar to see if both are available.

What's supplied?? We like to make it as convenient as possible so we include the following.
Hand soap, Dawn, dishwashing machine tablets, Some paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, fabric softer sheets. All types of cleaning supplies and garbage bags for your stay. There are also coffee filters and a cabinet full of spices.

Sunset Beach is conveniently located halfway between Wilmington NC and Myrtle Beach SC. You are surrounded by World Class Golf Courses and Great Sport Fishing. Let's not forget Calabash and their famed seafood only 10 mins. away. There is always something to do even if that means doing nothing but laying on the ideal silky sandy beaches.

We are pet-friendly but have some restrictions. There is a $65 pet fee, No long hair dogs, the weight limit is under 40 lbs, No aggressive breeds. Please crate your dog if you leave them in the condo during the day while you're at the beach. Please note, Dogs are prohibited on the beach 8 a.m.- 6 p.m. The Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day. Dogs must be on a leash no more than 10', and please clean up after your pet.

Attention Boat Owners!! There is a Dry Dock boat slip available for an additional fee, please call or e-mail for details. It is only 5 min from Condo and 1.5 miles from inlet!!

Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina. When to visit Sunset Beach & When to book:

  • In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Summer months are high season in Sunset Beach. To find the best vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
  • Look for your local visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, visitor guide magazines contain deals for local tours, shops, and attractions.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected everything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a great stay? Most rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
