A splendid, peaceful and roomy condo located in Sea Trail resort. Walk to the Town Park (right on the intracoastal waterway) which has farmers market(seasonal), fishing piers, boat launch and concerts. Savor golf on one of 3 on site courses (Unit is on 7th hole of Maples). See why National Geographic rated Sunset Beach one of the top beaches in the world- just a short (2-3 min.) drive or bicycle ride over the bridge to the beach (beach chairs supplied), or use the pool (supplied) just steps away.
The space
3 bedrooms, 3 baths. Downstairs bedroom has sliding doors onto screened porch. 1 of 2 upstairs bedrooms is in open loft space overlooking living room.
Guest access
There are parking spots directly in front of the building as well as space for modest truck or boat. Note that the main entrance is up a flight of stairs.

Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, is home to this condo. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

How to get the best rental home value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the largest vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • In the Carolina Beach area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection.
