Recently modernized in 2020! Upgrades include: striking bespoke constructed huge kitchen with eat in bar, huge back deck with partially fenced in backyard, new beds, couches, sizable bathroom vanities and wood floors. Take a 1 min. walk to the Intracoastal Waterway or a .6 mile drive to access the beach. Our home is dog and family friendly and conveniently located close to stores, grocery stores, eateries and family activities.

We strive to offer you a home away from home, complete with all your vacation essentials. Almost everything in the home is brand new and is kept extremely clean and tidy for our guests. We have enormous windows across the front of the home, letting in plenty of natural light throughout the day. Our refreshed space gives you a comfortable and cozy place to rest after a long day of calming at the beach.

Check in is at 1 pm and the code to unlock the door will be supplied once home is available. Check out is at 9 am.

We are local to the area and can offer a fast response if you need any assistance during your stay. We have a dedicated professional contact for any emergency/cleaning or handyman needs. Please use contact included for immediate assistance during your stay.

Pillows, bed topper and linens for the air bed is kept in closet to be used as needed for guests. Although it is brand new, we suggest using bed topper to make sleeping more cozy.

When sending a booking request please notify me if you are bringing dog(s). There will be an additional deep cleaning fee if any evidence of a cat on property is found.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Caswell Beach and Bay Beach reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Magic Mountain Fun Park are also worth visiting.

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in Oak Island. Booking in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Some owners offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • At departure, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a wonderful time? Many rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
