This 3BR/3.5BA townhouse is a coastal charmer, ideal for exploring the best of Carolina Beach! Walk just steps to the beach, or make the short walk to close by Carolina Lake. Highlights include three ocean-facing balconies, impressive waterfront vistas, shining appliances, and an outdoor shower.

Stores and dining options are within a short walk. Attractions and downtown riverfront activities are 15 miles away in downtown Wilmington.

LIVING AREA

After a fun-filled beach day, relax in the open living area, furnished with a plush sectional and an armchair. Kick back and watch shows on the 60 4K intelligent TV.

Whip up breakfast in the fresh kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

This three-story townhome sleeps six guests in three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed and 32 intelligent TV. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.

A convenient half bath is located near the kitchen.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Make use of the charcoal grille, then dine alfresco on an ocean-facing balcony with table seating for six. Two additional ocean-facing balconies off the master and second bedroom are each appointed with seating for two.

An outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off after the beach.

Parking is available for one car in the garage and one in the driveway. (The garage can only fit up to a modest SUV.)
