The first-floor living room also features an electric simulated fireplace (no heat). 50" UHD 4K Intelligent TV in the main family room, plus DVRs are supplied in each living area plus all 4 bedrooms (2K, 1Q, 1BB) have cable with complimentary movie channels and DVR playback. Wireless high-speed Wi-Fi and complimentary long-distance calling are supplied too.
