Oceanfront 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo located on the second floor of the Windjammer complex on the west end of Ocean Isle Beach. The Windjammer complex is conveniently located next to the Isles Restaurant & Tiki Bar. The master bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV and en suite. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds, a flatscreen TV and a full bath. There are new leather couches and a flatscreen TV in the living room. The dining table seats 4 and there are 4 stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. The private balcony has a table and seating along with unobstructed vistas of the "Gem of the Brunswick Islands" and an painless sight line of friends and family down on the beach.

Property amenities include an elevator, a private walkway to the beach, an outdoor shower, a sizable community pool (seasonal use only) and outdoor grilling area and internet. Nearby activities include golf, dining, shopping, fishing, seasonal turtle watching and simple access to Wilmington, Calabash or Myrtle Beach.

NO SMOKING AND NO FAMILY PETS. We do not provide towels or bed linens. The condo association does not permit jet skis, boats, trailers or golf carts in parking spaces.

About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is by the ocean. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting.

Finding the best Carolina Beach vacation property experience:

When to go & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To book the largest rental home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your rental property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
  • Find a copy of your local Carolina Beach area magazine upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local stories, travel guides contain offers and deals for nearby accommodations and attractions.

Planning and picking a perfectvacation home:

  • First, have your group agree to vacation dates and a maximum budget.
  • Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Oceanfront condo with direct beach access, pool, and elevator has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is often available online. If they are not listed, contact the property management company before you book the home. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to determine which bed configuration is suitable for your vacation family.
  • Visiting for a single attraction? If so, use a map search to find nearby properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
  • If your group is traveling with pets, you will need a pet-friendly vacation rental. Request details on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Some property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.

Advice for your stay:

  • Add the owner's contact information to your phone. Take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Document any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or appliance. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents quite a few difficulties.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers disrupting your quiet neighborhood. Use the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental when you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
