  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection.
