Roomy 3 bed 2 bath condo with a sizable front deck with an amazing ocean view and a rear back deck with canal view! The vistas from all bedrooms and the living room make this condo a gem! Watch the sunrise in the morning and appreciate the sunset in the evenings. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a slider to the enormous front deck. Unwind in the saltwater pool while cooking on the community barbeque grilles. Nearby is Freeman Park, public beach access and the Boardwalk!

The State of North Carolina requires us to get a signed Vacation Rental Agreement from each tenant along with a acknowledgement of the HOA rules. Both forms will be submitted to tenant for completion. We also request a copy of the primary renter's government issued ID for our records.

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the best value, try shifting your group's trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer warm weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special rate.
