We welcome you to a roomy driveway that can conveniently accommodate 2 cars with room for Boat Trailer. Launch your kayak at community launch onto Intercoastal Waterway just down the street. Boat Launch is also available just under the causeway bridge. Free Ocean front parking and also pay to park lot is at fishing pier.

Lots of local eateries are mins. away. Walgreens, CVS, Dollar General, Food Lion just down the street. Take a 6 min drive to Calabash, NC for some of the best Seafood.

Lots of adventures close by; Fishing & Dolphin Tours, Boat & Jet Ski Units; Mini-Golf Courses, Zipline, Ingram Planetarium.

All Bedrooms have new beds and linens. All Bed Linens & Pillows are New.
Full Kitchen is completely equipped with dishes, bakeware, pot & pans and cooking silverware.
Dining table sits 6 people. As you arrive you will also find a little starter welcome gift from us; Just a modest Thank You......We hope you savor your stay(appreciate enough to return, LOL)

There are Beach Chairs available for use as well as Beach Towels.(For Beach Use Only)

FAMILY PETS are Welcome with a Non-returnable deposit. We require family pets are crated when traveler is not present in the home and ask that pets not be allowed on beds or furnishings.

About the Area

Located in Sunset Beach, this mobile home is by the sea. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Double-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on great feedback to compel new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
