Comfortably sleeps 8 people with 3 master bedrooms and a private loft bedroom overlooking the family room...each with its own full bath.

During Peak Season (mid June - mid August) must check in/out on Sundays and 7 nighttime minimum. Any other dates are three nighttime minimum with no check-in restrictions.

The only reserved parking spots for the villas are directly in front of the garage. All other spots are open and do not require a parking pass. of As a courtesy to the neighbors, please limit parking to 2 cars in front of the building.

The villa is located at the base of the intracoastal side of the bridge and the beach is just over a mile away. Should you want to step out of the calming surroundings of Sunset Beach, you are 5 miles from all the famed restaurant offerings in Calabash , Ocean Isle and 15 miles from Myrtle Beach.

Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is next to a golf course and on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve, while Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights.
