You can spend your days on or in the water and savor impressive sunrises and sunsets from the humongous screened porch overlooking the Waterway. Three kayaks are available for Waterway exploration, and a sink with running water is on the private dock for cleaning your daily catch. The outdoor shower has hot and cold water. Meal prep will be a breeze in the sizable, well equipped kitchen. In addition, gas and charcoal grilles are ready for your use. The open living/dining room overlooks the porch and Waterway and is ideal for entertaining or calming with friends and family. If you are looking for some peaceful time you'll find many indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and appreciate the elegant view. So, bring your boat, wave runner, paddleboard and a fishing pole or two to enjoy all this pretty home and the Intracoastal Waterway have to offer!
