This is a one-bedroom oceanfront condo located on the fourth floor of Atlantic Towers in Carolina Beach. The photos will show the owner's personal touches in making a comfortable and calming beach get away.

There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can sleep six people. There are twin bunk beds constructed into an alcove in the hallway and a queen size sleeper couch in the living area. The bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The condo has amazing and private WiFi and the cable service has a full package of entertainment options. Located just mins. from the boardwalk with eateries and stores or the aquarium in Ft Fisher.

Full housekeeping and maid service is supplied in your rental price. When departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded and the garbage removed to the onsite dumpster.

Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To get the best value, consider shifting your family's Carolina Beach vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent weather, , and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.

  • Go through the rental one final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
