Oceanfront condo located on the ground level, and has a ocean view. This is ideal for families or really anyone that care to have a ground level patio entrance. There is no need to wait for elevators and it also provides a great lawn for games and calming.

The photos will show the owner's personal touches in making a comfortable and relaxing beach get away.

There is a full kitchen and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can sleep six people. There is a queen sleeper couch in the living area and two twin bunk beds in the hallway. The bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The condo has alluring and private WiFi and the cable service has a full package of entertainment options.

Full housekeeping and maid service is included in your rental price. When departing it is requested that the dishwasher be loaded and the garbage removed to the onsite dumpster.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Ocean Front Park and Federal Point History Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. With sailing and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

Sticking to a spending plan:

  • Summer time is high season in the Carolina Beach area. To find the best value, try changing your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer great weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.   • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Lock your rental property while you're away! Don't let thieves spoil your family vacation.
  • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on good feedback to stimulate future reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation.
