Casa de Ventanas was thoughtfully restored with modern finishes throughout the entire space. This inviting home is located just 3 miles from Wrightsville Beach & 5 miles to Historic Downtown.

With 3,000sq, there is ample space to relax and relax after a day of exploring. You will not find a more private backyard to appreciate morning coffee or an evening drink.

When you walk into Casa de Ventanas you'll be greeted with high ceilings and coastal décor from local artists. The first thing you'll see is an additional huge granite island serving as the ideal location for morning coffee & making plans for the day.

The main hallway offers 3 bedrooms along the front of the home and half bath, full bath, and laundry room on the left side of the hallway. All bedrooms have privacy shades. At the end of the hallway is the oversize master bedroom with private bathroom and enormous bespoke glass shower. **All closets are locked - there are dressers in each room for clothes**

When you move past the sitting room, you’ll step down towards the living room looking at 12 upsized windows to the backyard and understand why we're called the home of windows.

Sticking to a budget:

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Carolina Beach attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
