It's the ideal place for families with kids with 2 covered porches, a sizable backyard with a kids playset, and so many amenities the adults will appreciate too! The inverted and open floor plan accepts for gorgeous ocean vistas from all of the main living spaces! There are super comfortable couches and an upsized chair that are great for snuggling up to watch your favorite shows and appreciating the warmth of the gas fireplace together. The roomy kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, elegant beadboard cabinetry, and a massive island with bar seating for up to 8. It's completely equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, and there's even a countertop wine cooler for the connoisseurs in your family or group. The coastal vibes extend into the dining area with the beachy chandelier and seating for up to 8.

You'll find the first themed bedroom, "Crew Quarters," right off the kitchen! This giant bedroom is great for the kiddos with 2 bunk beds — one is traditional with 2 twin-size beds, and the other has a twin-size bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom. It comes complete with a flatscreen TV, a mini foosball table that converts into a pool table, and a futon couch. The ensuite bathroom has an extended vanity with a sink and a enormous walk-in shower.

You can't help but notice the thoughtful decor at this OKI vacation home — there are even jellyfish pendant lights in the stairwell as you head downstairs! You'll find the roomy master bedroom suite on the lower floor, and it's suitably named "Captain's Quarters." We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
