We're new to Vacation Rental By Owner, but we're not new to the vacation rental market. Prior to listing on Vacation Rental By Owner, we have exclusively rented our property through social media & word-of-mouth. Almost all of our current guests are repeat customers, which is a strong testament to their high level of satisfaction with our home. About the Area

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is by the sea. Rees Jones Golf Course and Leopard's Chase Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium. Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected everything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a excellent vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it.
