We're new to Vacation Rental By Owner, but we're not new to the vacation rental market. Prior to listing on Vacation Rental By Owner, we have exclusively rented our property through social media & word-of-mouth. Almost all of our current guests are repeat customers, which is a strong testament to their high level of satisfaction with our home. Find your perfect rental home:

• The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Booking your vacation property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
• June, July, and August are high season in Ocean Isle Beach. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.

• Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a excellent time? Most rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
