Incredible like-new four bedroom deluxe duplex/condo just two blocks to the ocean with convenient beach access. Walk to the beach for a great day and appreciate the outdoor shower to rinse off. Handsome wood floor, lavish carpet in the bedrooms, muli-level decks for vistas, breezes, and aroma. . Substantial living room with fireplace and TV alcove and much more. Ideal for entertaining with stainless steel appliances and granite kitchen with tons of cabinets, roomy dining area and an fantastic living area. Grand laundry room and pantry. A great garage with mini refrigerator for beach drinks. Beach Cart for chairs and beach toys. Four bicycles, beach chairs, and workout bench. Nice fenced in back yard, shaded with huge tree and seating around tree. Ground floor has bed room and bath with queen bed and TV and access to back yard.
