  • 3 Bedrooms
  • 3 Bathrooms
  • Private vacation home
  • Approximately 2200 square feet

Georgia House is very calming. You can sit out on the front or side porches and take in the scenery.

Many Vacation Rental By Owner beach home listings are described as "Homes", and they turn out to be duplexes, townhouses or condos. This home is a very huge (for a 3 bedroom home, 2200 sq. ft.), complimentary standing beach home in a very peaceful section of the north end of Carolina Beach, 1 block from the ocean.

The home is set up for appreciating your vacation. There is a 86" inch LED TV with DVD player in the great room with a sizable collection of DVD's to watch. There is a professional slate pool table in the next room to savor. The very sizable great room / kitchen / dining room is about 30' by 30' so there is plenty of room for familys to hang out together. The home has 2 very enormous master bedrooms with huge bathrooms. All the rooms in the home are very enormous for a beach home. The couch in the great room is huge enough for 2 people to sleep on. There are ample linens, blankets and pillows to make it up for sleeping.

The complimentary internet Wi-Fi system is available inside and outside the home.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The 2 master bedrooms have king sized beds. The 3rd bedroom has full sized bunk beds. The 2 master bedrooms have sizable (50" and 60") LED TV's with DVD players, walk in closets and huge bathrooms with granite vanities.

The kitchen is very large with stainless steel appliances, a Jen-Air indoor grille / griddle for grilling steaks, etc. There are ample pot and pans, baking dishes, cooking silverware, coffee makers, blenders, etc. for cooking large meals.

All sheets, pillow cases, comforters, etc., bath and an ample supply of beach towels are included. The beds are already made. There is no need for linen service. Available in the home is laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Pretty much everything you will need is available in the home so you only have to bring food and personal items.

Tips to get the optimal Carolina Beach vacation home experience:

Get the most from your rental home budget:

  • Reserve your Carolina Beach rental home in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property management companies offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Look for your local Carolina Beach visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines have discounts for local accommodations, tours and attractions.

Use filters to narrow your search:

  • Select your vacation dates and max budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and the configuration your family needs. Large Beach House-86\" LED TV-Pool Table-1 Block to Beach has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly accessible on booking pages. If not, email or call the property owner before you reserve the property. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to determine what is best for your vacation group.
  • Does your group require special amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters with amenity lists. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Additional fees or costs might be applied to your invoice.

Additional considerations:

  • Get the host's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property.
  • To make certain that damages aren't attributed to your visit, inspect the rental for any problem areas during arrival. Call the host immediately to relay any damages. If there is a dispute, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, elevator or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent lots of problems.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers disrupting your peaceful home. Use the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Lock your rental property while you are away! Don't let thieves spoil your family vacation.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected everything. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a wonderful time? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
