This home boast the best of both worlds, offering pristine vistas of the Atlantic Ocean as well as unobstructed marsh vistas where many wildlife sightings take place. With an inverted floor plan these vistas can best be observed from your common areas which offers an open kitchen, living and dining room concept for all your gathering needs.

What a nice surprise! You will find all 3 bedrooms conveniently located on the 1st level of this home. Bedroom 1 offers ocean vistas with a Queen bed and shares a hall bathroom. Bedroom 2 offers marsh vistas with a Full bed as well as a twin, sleeping 3 individuals and shares a hall bathroom. Bedroom 3 offers extravagant marsh vistas that can be appreciated off of the private balcony, a Queen bed and a private bathroom for added privacy.
