Both units are roomy with 12ft ceilings and great living rooms, dining areas, and kitchens. Plenty of amenities like coffee machines, tea kettles, new tvs. You will LOVE the balconies overlooking Front Street. Talk about just sitting back, calming, people watching, and being able to savor the bustle from above.

Located on the waterfront, this condo is in Downtown Wilmington, a neighborhood in Wilmington. Wilmington Railroad Museum and Children's Museum of Wilmington are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit The Cotton Exchange and Mayfaire Town Center. Carolina Heights and Cape Fear Museum are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as motor boating and other activities like golfing.

• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Some owners offer promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
• Property management companies often offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.
