This alluring condo is the ideal place for that calming hideaway. It is within walking distance is the Beach, Grocery, Eateries, Shopping & a Gym with Daily/Weekly drop-ins. Parlor by & Swim in the condo community Pool & prepare your fresh seafood, caught or bought, on their Charcoal Grills. There are 2 Covered Parking Spaces with additional Visitor Parking. For Convenience there is a Community Shopping Cart under the stairs to help with unpacking & using the Elevator to carry up all your bags & provisions.

Appreciate being together but participating in your own activities in the Open Concept Living/Dining/Kitchen areas. The completely supplied Kitchen has tons of counter space for preparing meals & to create a buffet. It is enormous enough for more than one prepare, if you choose. Dine at the Dining Table with close proximity to the Kitchen for painless serving & cleanup. There is a Bar with 4 stools at the Kitchen Counter for Breakfast, Snacking, Games, Mobile Working or just entertaining those preparing the meals. If you prefer Alfresco Dining with an Ocean Breeze & View, eat on the Covered Deck with access from the Living area.

In the Living area are two Substantial Comfy Sofas with room for everybody. The coffee table is great for bringing your games to play or assembling your puzzles. The Generous Screen Intelligent TV has the ability to Stream your favorite shows & movies.
