Parlor by & Swim in the condo community Pool & prepare your fresh seafood, caught or bought, on their Charcoal Grills. There are 2 Covered Parking Spaces with additional Visitor Parking. For Convenience there is a Community Shopping Cart under the stairs to help with unpacking & using the Elevator to carry up all your bags & provisions.

Appreciate being together but participating in your own activities in the Open Concept Living/Dining/Kitchen areas. The completely supplied Kitchen has tons of counter space for preparing meals & to create a buffet. It is enormous enough for more than one prepare, if you choose. Dine at the Dining Table with close proximity to the Kitchen for painless serving & cleanup. There is a Bar with 4 stools at the Kitchen Counter for Breakfast, Snacking, Games, Mobile Working or just entertaining those preparing the meals. If you prefer Alfresco Dining with an Ocean Breeze & View, eat on the Covered Deck with access from the Living area.
