This unit is a top floor condo for your own privacy with two decks overlooking the island vistas. The main floor has a king bedroom with attached bathroom and down the hall is a bathroom and a bedroom with queen bed. Have the kids savor the loft area where there are three twin beds. The kitchen has been refreshed along with the elegantly decorated living area right beside it. Saving the best for last, enjoy the neighborhood community pool thats a walk way!

Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Caswell Beach and Carolina Beach. • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
• Leave a review! Hosts rely on great feedback to compel future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
