  • Summer is the most expensive season in Holden Beach. To find the best rental for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
