Silver Linings East & West is a handsomely located, completely modernized, oceanfront duplex with a spectacular oceanfront view. There's enough room for the entire family, with close by local eateries, ice cream parlors, and gift stores.

This home is an entire duplex with two separate living spaces - a great setup for an extended family or a group of friends visiting together. Each side offers an open living, kitchen, and dining area with shiplap ceilings and rustic beams, nautical ceiling fans, a wall of picture windows, elegant frost-white quartz countertops, quality brushed-brass faucets, and new stainless steel appliances. Each pantry is well equipped too, with new Cuisinart modest appliances.

There are two primary bedrooms in each living space (for a total of four primary bedrooms). On each side of the home, the first primary bedroom is on the main level, offering its own den and full luxury bathroom. The second-floor suite has its own luxury bathroom and private oceanfront balcony for sunbathing by day and stargazing by nighttime. The bathrooms have been updated with light marbling bespoke tile, natural rock showers, frameless shower doors, quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line, brushed-brass Delta hardware.

Additional amenities include new flatscreen Roku/cable intelligent TVs (one in every bedroom), DVD players, VCRs, fast and reliable WiFi, a roomy covered porch with rocking chairs, a sizable observation deck, plenty of covered parking, rinse-off showers, an outdoor sink and cleaning station, and a set of outdoor stairs leading to the deck entrance and the private boardwalk to the beach.
