The inverted floor plan of this Hobbs Intelligent Home offers a roomy, comfortable living room upstairs with vistas of the Atlantic, a well-designed kitchen with counter dining for five, and a dining area that seats up to 12. Striking interior décor, a pool bar area, comfortable outdoor loungers, and a complimentary-standing ice maker add to the comfort of this home! Luxury vinyl floor throughout!

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them. This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Carolina Beach area. Book your rental home in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
