Located in the heart of downtown, just two blocks from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Sea Minnow provides the ideal combination of relaxation and adventure. Watch fireworks from your porch, savor a invigorating dip in the pool, spend all day at the beautiful beach, or discover the vibrant downtown area with its many stores, eateries, bars, and attractions. Parking lot access for two cars, beach access across the street 2 blocks away, Boardwalk Entry 2 blocks away, pool, picnic area, stairs to the third story.

Property Level:
Living Room: Enormous wall-mounted intelligent TV, Couch ceiling fan, covered balcony.  Credenza Murphy Bed full-size sleeper.  Linens will be placed on the Murphy Bed in sanitary packaging. 2 Bath Towels are supplied. 

Kitchen: full kitchen, seating for 4 at the counter.
Primary Bedroom Suite: TV, Queen bed, ceiling fan. Linens will be placed on the Queen bed in sanitary packaging. 2 Bath Towels are included. 
En-suite access to full bathroom 
Bathroom: Bathtub with Shower, vanity
Covered Balcony: access from the living room, ocean vistas, Pub Settee.
Washer and dryer (located in the closet on the balcony)

Parking:
2 spots must use hangtag!

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Guest Access:

No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette events, sororities/fraternities

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pool Notice:
Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.

Pet Policy:
No family pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famed Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on a river. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach Lake Park. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
• Property managers usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for specifics.
