Home has front porch, full back deck, floating dock and ramp, sun deck with constructed-in seating and fish sink over the canal. Expanded cable, 46" flat screen TV in living room. WIFI. TVs in all bedrooms. Enclosed H/C Outside Shower, additional freezer, ceiling fans throughout. Enclosed 2 car garage with storage area for guest use. Beach access located between 465 & 467 OBW.
