Welcome to this comfortable and clean home, where comfort and style meet! Each room is filled with natural light thanks to sizable windows, creating a bright and airy ambiance. For your privacy and restful sleep, we’ve included blackout curtains in every bedroom.

The main living area is the ideal spot to relax, featuring a deep-seated couch, a feather footrest, and a separate recliner. Whether you're calming or gathering, it’s an inviting space for everybody. The dining area is ideal for shared meals, complete with a dining table, chairs, and a counter bar with stools.

The kitchen is entirely equipped with all new appliances (installed in 2024) and outfitted with everything you need, from pots and pans to a full set of dishes, silverware, and plenty of drinking glasses. For your convenience, we also provide coffee, creamers, and sugar to start your mornings off right.

Step outside to the striking backyard, where jasmine vines climb the fence, adding a touch of elegance and a beach bungalow vibe. How to get the best rental value:

  • Booking in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance.   • Keep your rental home locked while you're out! Don't let burglars ruin your vacation.
  • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
