Fantastic unobstructed ocean vistas. All new paint, stainless steel appliances, new washing machine, new couch and loveseat both with power recliners. Only 200 ft from the Atlantic and 300 ft from the ocean front pool club-4 br 4 ba penthouse. DOG FRIENDLY ($200 DOG FEE). 1 dog allowed if crated when left alone.

The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less busy than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less busy island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf stores, eateries, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart units. The backside of the island has peaceful protected water great for kayaking.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this villa is near the beach. Ocean Isle Beach and Sage Island reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium. Planet Fun and Tribal Island are also worth visiting.

Finding your best deal:

Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Some property managers offer promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed everything at departure. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
