The open living area is handsomely decorated with a comfortable sectional and armchairs plus a TV. The completely equipped kitchen is detailed with stainless steel appliances and bar seating for three. Four bedrooms each include a TV and a private en suite bathroom.

The sizable wrap-around covered deck is ideal for calming and watching the sunset or appreciating family time and entertaining. The back deck overlooking the pool has ample seating and a enormous outdoor dining set ideal for enjoying dinners while taking in the ocean breeze and handsome marsh vistas. Take a swim in your own private pool or take a walk on the nature trail near the home. Have your own golf cart (June, July, and August only) for painless trips to and from the beach with your own private parking.

When to visit & When to reserve a Carolina Beach rental home:

  • In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • Summertime is high season in the Carolina Beach area. To book the best rental within budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance.
