Resort Villa close to golf, beach & amenities

This Stay & Play Villa is well located in the heart of the Sea Trail Golf Resort just up the coast from Myrtle Beach, aka Golf City!

Finding a golf package is much easier than finding the right location to stay, after you play. The trick is to use a golf site service to determine the level of play you need, or want, while using the vacation rental site to help you find the place to stay that has everything you want.

This Clubhouse Villa offers vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, an open layout, with modern updated appliances and beds at a great location.

You can effortlessly settle into the coastal conversational seating while you stream your TV show, or game, of choice. When you aren't dining out, at one of the resort’s eateries. the entirely equipped kitchen presents stainless appliances and ample meal prep & eating space.

On the main level you’ll have a choice between the mini-suite with a private bath, a personal TV, a mini-kitchen, and a separate screened porch and a modest seating area. The bath is separated into a sink vanity and a tub/shower room.

The other choices in the villa include either an upstairs loft with 2 comfortable queen beds and a private bath, or the sunny vaulted ceiling room, with a single queen bed just off the main living room. It also has a personal TV, a separate door to the main porch/sunroom and a sizable closet directly connecting you to the modernized bath with a walk-in shower and a huge vanity.

All the rooms are really, just as splendid to sleep in, with soft linens, on new queen beds, central air, and a private washer/dryer room. What sets this townhome apart from next door is the covered patio hidden down a few steps below the main porch. This simple space lets you informally hang-out to chat, practice your putting, pitch some corn hole or play some competitive games, like darts, if the days play on the links was just not enough.

Vacation rental home tips:

When to go & When to reserve a Sunset Beach rental home:

  • Summer time is high season in the Carolina Beach area. To book the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
  • Find a copy of your local Carolina Beach visitors guide magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitor guides contain deals for local accommodations, tours and attractions.

Planning and choosing the bestrental home:

  • Begin by choosing trip dates and a budget.
  • Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. The Stay & Play Villa located in the heart of Sea Golf Trail has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is normally available online. If not, contact the host before you book the vacation property. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches.
  • If there's a certain Carolina Beach destination you long to visit, keep an eye out for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
  • If your group is vacationing with pets, you'll need to book a pet-friendly rental. Make sure to ask for information on breed, size, and type requirements. Note that some hosts require additional pet deposits and fees.

More tips for your visit:

  • Be sure you get the property manager's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property.
  • During check-in, make note of any damages to the property and immediately contact the owner. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, elevator or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call prevents a lot of issues.
  • Be respectful. Often, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Re-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all personal items on check-out day. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good ratings to inspire new bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation rental. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
