The heart of the home is the completely equipped kitchen and dining area, complete with a dining table for four, a flat-top stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig coffeemaker. Adjacent to the kitchen, the inviting living room features two cozy couches, a chair, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan—ideal for unwinding after a day of beach adventures.

The CODtage features two comfortable bedrooms: a primary with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan, and a second with a Twin XL over Queen bunk bed and ceiling fan—ideal for families. A shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a stacked washer and dryer add convenience to your stay. To enhance your experience, the cleaning fee includes towels, linens, and beach essentials like 5 beach towels, 2 adult and 2 kids's beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach blanket, and 2 body boards.
