This striking classic beach bungalow is charmingly located for your vacation stay! Only a few mins. walk to the beach with a view of the ocean from the top porch, this two-story home is conveniently located five blocks from the center of town, with painless access to shopping and dining. Johnnie Mercer's fishing pier conveniently just five blocks north for fishing enthusiasts. Leave your cars behind, and appreciate a calming vacation at The Pink House where everything is within walking distance! The Pink House features a unique garden and fenced in back yard to offer a space for you to relax or for kids to play. Gas and Charcoal grilles are available with propane supplied. All linens are included (including beach towels) along with beach chairs, umbrellas, and carts. Find your best deal:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in Wrightsville Beach. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.
