The prepare in your life will appreciate the well appointed kitchen with updated cabinets, counter tops and newer appliances, including a constructed-in oven, island prepare-top, and bar seating for 4. Not to mention the spectacular vistas of the glistening Atlantic Ocean! Also on this 1st level, you will appreciate the convenience of an oceanfront bedroom (west side), complete with a King size bed and a full private bath with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. You will also discover the laundry room located on this level.

On the 2nd level, your family will appreciate the convenience of an additional sitting room, complete with a TV, balcony access, and comfortable seating for 5.
