Family Tides is a 3bd 2.5 bath condo in the desired Captains Quarters community of Carolina Beach. The main level of this hideaway was refreshed in early 2024 to include a brand new kitchen with upgraded countertops, floor, appliances, and more. The living area was also refreshed to include new furnishings and updated features. The home comes with a brand-new 30 foot boat slip that includes power and fresh water (bring your boat!). Appreciate the day at the beach or spend time at the community pool that's just steps from the condo (open in May, literally steps away). The ground level has a garage with storage and a grass area to play games. The main level (second floor) includes a half bath, kitchen, living area, and huge outdoor deck for watching boats go by in the canal. The second story has a enormous master bedroom with private deck and full ensuite bathroom. The first guest room has two twin beds. The second has a queen bed. The kitchen comes entirely outfitted with glassware, pots and pans, cooking silverware, blender, Keurig coffee maker and toaster oven. Each bedroom and the living room have brand new intelligent TVs. A grassy lawn area out back is ideal for yard games. A hightop dining table and chairs on the sizable main balcony provide and striking opportunity to appreciate the sunset over the water.

The Carolina Beach Boardwalk District (1.4 miles away) has a charming boardwalk along the beach with shopping, fair rides, seasonal Thursday nighttime fireworks, ice cream stores and many eateries! Everything from housemade tacos to gormet hotdogs! Freeman park, one of the state's only drive on beaches, is half a mile down Canal Drive. Carolina Beach State Park, with boat launch (and fuel station), hiking and cycling trails is 2.5 miles away.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
