Our condo literally sits on an island where the harbor with tall sailing ships are on one side with the ocean on the other side. The third level provides an interesting view of the surroundings. This condo has some of the best and interesting furnishings you will find. This is our first season out and the floors, beds, pillows, living room furnishings, dining room table all new. Put together by a top level interior designer with our guests comfort in mind.
(Keep in mind, we do not provide bath towels or linens. You can either bring your own or contact us and we can provide you info for linen units.)

Getting the most from your spending budget:

  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a wonderful vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
