Stunning, Duplex unit (entire left side) located in the heart of Carolina Beach.  5 Bedrooms, 5 Full bathrooms, a short walk to the ocean.  This home really has all of the amenities of home including a residential elevator!!!  7 Intelligent TVs located in the living room, dining rooms, and bedrooms.  Basic Cable and WIFI included.  Many upgrades including beautiful furnishings refreshed fixtures, and decor.  Kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island with bar stools so you can have company while you meal prep.  Savor calming on one of the three decks off the dining room, living room, and master bedroom.  The backyard is entirely fenced and gated.  Some basic beach items such as: beach chairs, sand toys, beach cart, bicycles, etc, are supplied in the downstairs garage area.  A gas grille is supplied for guests to use (gas not supplied if tank runs out).  This vacation rental is a short walk to the Ocean Grille & Tiki Bar as well as Granny's Country Kitchen.  Parking for 4 cars (Garage not available for parking).  Book your reservation today!!!

About the Area

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Beach Arcade and Good Hops Brewing. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. With surfing/body boarding and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

When to book & When to go:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Booking in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • The sooner you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.

  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers disrupting your home life. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would back home.
  • Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed everything at departure. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on great feedback to inspire new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation.
