Six TV's (55-inch in living room, 50-inch in downstairs bedroom and 32-inch in all other bedrooms), multiple movie and TV streaming services with DVR on the Cloud, Amazon fire sticks with all TV's, wireless internet. Infant gates at top and bottom of stairs and one for outside porch. Ceiling fans and wood floors throughout majority of home, ionic air cleaners, couch and adore seat with motion recliners. Deck with rockers, picnic tables, beach chairs, and a BBQ smoker grille. Custom refreshed kitchen with French door, dual ice maker refrigerator, convection range and warming drawer, Instant Pot, porcelain tile floor, mosaic tile backsplash, solid surface counter tops, cavernous peninsula. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Four bedrooms up, one bedroom down with inside stairs. Folding cribs are usually found in upstairs closet. Nightly units available with a three-nighttime minimum.
