  • In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking in the Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Some property managers offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance.
