Our guests are OUR priority!! Simple access, ground level Champion's Villa completely refreshed and ready as a first year rental. This end unit overlooks the natural surroundings of the 16th green on the Willard Bryd course at Sea Trail Golf Resort. The Villa offers 1450 square feet of living space with an open and roomy living/dining/kitchen combined area, a completely equipped kitchen if you are visitors that prepare full meals, a full-size washer and dryer, plus a private sunroom conveniently located just a short walk away from the pools and the Activity Center. Freshly installed laminate wood floor in the living room, sunroom and kitchen, freshly painted and additional clean. Private secure Internet access supplied. Two-queen beds with private bath in the main part of the Villa and two additional queen beds in the adjoining room with full bath. The adjoining room is complete with a mini kitchen, full size refrigerator, dining for two, sitting area with flat screen TV and work station accepting for all of our guests to have their own privacy and spaces to relax.

About the Area

Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this villa is next to a golf course and by the sea. Willard Byrd Golf Course and Dan Maples Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

• Summer is the most expensive season in Sunset Beach. To find the best value, try shifting your family's Carolina Beach vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer warmer weather, , and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.
