Three master bedrooms with king-size beds and en suites. Full Kitchen, elevator, fireplace, wireless internet and a hot tub. A Jack and Jill bathroom on the first floor between the southwest and northwest bedrooms. Bright colors with beachy decors throughout. Grandiose room with TV, books, games and puzzles.

Four covered porches, gas grille, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Covered parking for three cars. On-demand hot water system. Off-season nightly with a three-nighttime minimum.

For those guests with allergies, please note a dog may be present during owner reservations.

About the Area

Located in Oak Island, this vacation home is on the beach. Oak Island Golf Club and The Reserve Golf Club at St. James Plantation are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Caswell Beach and 57th Place West Access Park. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.

  • Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance protection.   • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected everything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to inspire more bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
