Endless Summer is a bespoke constructed 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath gem that is professionally decorated and furnished for your max. enjoyment. We've tried hard to think of everything you will need to make your next vacation your best. Endless Summer has an additional-sizable 14'x26' pool Heating is additional for $100 per day. The pool also has a close by bathroom. The home has a wood-paneled elevator, very enormous kitchen, additional huge covered and open front decks, state of the art electronics, and finest of all...right on the ocean! Endless Summer features hickory floor on the third floor of this reverse floor plan with elegant tile on the second floor family room and plush carpet in each of the bedrooms. Savor unbelievable ocean vistas, half covered and half uncovered, from the top deck. From the second deck appreciate covered ocean vistas and a view of the kids playing in the pool below. The striking gourmet kitchen was designed with huge gatherings in mind with a center island, bespoke cabinetry, quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, and all new cookware and equipment. Two dishwashers keep all the dishes clean and a drink refrigerator and a separate ice machine helps keep all your drinks cool on hot summer days. Unlimited hot water is always available simultaneously for all six showers (5 inside, 2 outside) from two Rinnai tank less, on demand gas hot water heaters. And, there are no keys to share as there is a key less entry that will be changed to accommodate each new guest.
Pack light, because all linens are supplied including sheets and towels for the bedrooms. We also provide limited towels for the pool. Our linens is cotton and comfortable along with our towels. We have been visiting in Ocean Isle Beach for over 22 years with our friends and extended family and we've done our best to incorporate what we adored about our best vacations into this home.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Book your rental home in Fall or Spring to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Carolina Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.

  • Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed everything at departure. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent ratings to compel new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
