When to visit Oak Island & When to reserve a Carolina Beach rental home:

  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.   • Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a fantastic stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
