With private beach access, a swimming pool (open from Easter - October), seven bedrooms, and six and a half baths this property is a cavernous getaway. Two living areas with flat-screen TVs, a sizable dining room table, covered porches with ocean vistas, and a fireplace are just some of the amenities this home offers. This home also has an EV charger installed so you can charge during your stay.

The owner of this home privately arranges their own cleaning and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

This owner also provides bath towel sets per occupancy (16) for your convenience. Each set includes a washcloth, hand towel, and bath towel.

  • Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed everything at check-out. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Hosts rely on great reviews to inspire new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will be thankful you shared your review find their best vacation rental. Remember to be objective.
