Located in Holden Beach, this condo is near the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Holden Beach and Big Beach. Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun are also worth visiting.

How to get the best vacation home experience:

Sticking to your budget:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • At departure, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on great feedback to inspire more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review.
