Full sized W/D and entirely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, huge cavernous dining & living area overlooks the marina, ocean and the boardwalk! Terrific trifecta! Watch the fireworks every Thursday nighttime FRONT SEAT off your private balcony!

Parking is located in the parking garage under the home. Rent bicycles, golf carts, drive within 10 mins. or less to Historic Fort Fisher, NC Aquarium. Downtown Wilmington is about 15-25 mins. away (depending on traffic!).

Family Animals are acceptable with one time pet fee of $75. The area around this unit can get busy in summer months from the amusement park across the street and restaurant below.

About the Area

Located in Carolina Beach, this apartment is near the beach. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Halyburton Park and Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting.

Getting the most from your spending budget:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the best value, shift your trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic.
• The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property management companies typically offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
• Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Carolina Beach area travel guide magazines that include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or through a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Carolina Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
• Did you have a wonderful time? Most rental management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
