This condo is located in the heart of Carolina Beach. Within a few blocks there are fishing charters, stores, eateries, bars, festivals, events, and other attractions that make this a year round destination. The condo faces the ocean with a public beach access right across the street.

This condo was refreshed extensively in 2016. It is primarily a weekly rental during the summer (furnished and supplied as one would be) but it's available for shorter stays the rest of the year. All TVs are Intelligent TVs with Netflix, Hulu, & other Apps. There is a stack unit washer/dryer in the condo. Outdoor Pool is generally open May-October 15th. There is a bicycle rack available if you bring your bicycle.

This is a professionally operated vacation rental condominium. You have access to the entire unit.

We are available at anytime. We prefer to communicate through the app to keep track of any communications. You will also have cell #s to call/text in case of emergency.

Walk! You can walk to most anything in Carolina Beach from this location. The boardwalk is two blocks away. Beach Access across the street. Fishing Charters available across the street on the other side. Over a dozen stores, eateries, & bars, are within walking distance.

Access: Enter using an electronic code doorknob so you can check in as soon as you arrive! The code is changed between each guest.

Parking:
Assigned Parking for 2 Vehicles, parked in tandem (back to back). An hourly/daily pay parking lot is available next to Beach Harbour if you need more parking. This lot is complimentary in the Winter.

Carolina Beach is home to this condo. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Wrightsville Beach. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting.

Sticking to your budget:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Carolina Beach.   • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a great vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
