The condo is located along the fairway of Oyster Bay Golf Links in the Colony I community and is only a few miles from Sunset Beach. There are comfortable furnishings throughout, and the condo is smoke-complimentary and PET FRIENDLY so you may bring your dog along. The condo features an open floor plan with interconnecting kitchen/dining/living areas. There are sliding glass door that open to a patio area with pond and golf course vistas. This is a ideal spot to take in the ocean breeze and appreciate morning coffee or relax as the sun sets in the afternoon. The living room has a sizable screen intelligent TV (Roku - streaming only - guests must use own streaming accounts), comfortable reclining couch and loveseat ideal for calming after a day on the beach or golf course. The bedrooms are configured with queen/double beds in the master bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a intelligent TV (Roku - streaming only) and private bath. The master bedroom is just off the main living area and has a walk-through closet leading to the shared common area and master bedroom bath. The kitchen is well-supplied with all appliances including dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and range and has granite countertops and a huge pantry for food storage. Modest appliances such as microwave, coffee maker, can opener, are also supplied. The dining area has a dining table with seating for four and the raised kitchen granite bar offers additional seating for three. The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with a stackable washer/dryer. Located only mins. from impressive Sunset Beach and a multitude of area golf courses this condo offers the best of everything for a ideal golf/beach vacation experience. Community outdoor pool, tennis courts, charcoal grilles and picnic tables are located within the condo complex. Free linens, towels and departure maid service supplied with all guest units.
