• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
• In the Carolina Beach area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
• Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
• Property management companies often offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection.
