23 Channel is an adorable beach bungalow in a striking Ocean Isle west end neighborhood, superior vistas found in each direction...sunsets and so much more!

This refreshed mid-island home has an open floor plan, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Appreciate the comfortable great room, a private, enclosed outdoor shower, and swings overlooking the pond.

The first bedroom has 2 twin singles, with access to the hallway bathroom tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed and also shares access to the hallway bathroom.

On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin singles and the other with a queen bed. Each has their own private bath with walk-in showers.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Family Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

​​​​​​​Pool is maintained by the HOA and not Brunswick Vacation Units. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason.

If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be included per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT supplied in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $220 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

Get the best rental value:

• The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Carolina Beach area. To find the best value, try shifting your vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property management companies usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
• Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Carolina Beach area visitor guides that include money-saving offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. • Inspect the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
